Accommodation at Sunbury Lodge consists of 5 rooms with double bed and double bunks, 3 rooms with double bed and single bed. In addition there are two small bunk rooms each with 2 x double bunks (each rooms sleeps 4). All rooms are carpeted and have complete linen bedding, a mini refrigerator, iron and ironing board, toilet and shower stall. All water on the property is supplied from rain water collection tanks. There are also two bush bunk houses (no toilet or washroom facilities) for older children, or for those who want to do it a bit rougher. The Lodge is equipped with a very large, comfortable recreation room complete with communal kitchen, dining area, toilets, bar facilities, lounge furniture and television, DVD player, telephone and CD/cassette stereo system. The recreation room is excellent for relaxing, group meetings, meals, dances or tall tales about "the one that got away."

Outside, there is a sheltered, lighted BBQ and plenty of picnic tables. A laundry facility is also available for use by guests. Adjacent to the Lodge is a boat washing facility. Ample car parking lies just a few paces from the guest rooms and recreation room.
